THIRTY-ONE and counting!!

On a snowy February day in a little log church in Grand Lake, Colorado

We said, "I Do." And we meant it.

Now after 5 moves---two from coast to coast---5 children---3 dogs---

And 3 National Forests plus 2 stints in Washington D.C.

We've lost a baby. We've lost a lawsuit.

We've lost our parents.

We've watched our Abby endure 3 heart surgeries

and a summer at Cambridge. We've watched a gazillion soccer games for Sam.

We' ve traveled far and wide.
Hawaii and Alaska

Three times to Europe.

God has given us 6 grandchildren and a wonderful family

Today we started our 32nd year of marriage.

We celebrated by taking a 2 mile walk to our polling place & canceling each others votes. I think we did that 31 years ago when he voted for Carter & I voted for Ford.

We ate Mexican food up in Olney for lunch & then came home,

cuddled up in front of the big screen TV and watched DVDs.

Middle-aged people celebrating in style!

Sometime toward the end of June of this year,

Jim will pass that point

where he has lived with me longer than without me.

I passed that back around our 27th celebration.

God is Good!

We thank Him for His blessings to us.
