Then up to the canyon...we are ready to play

Then Jim made his first but not only mistake
Leading up a trail too steep & rocky to make

Nevertheless, we had a wonderful trek
Four wheelin’ & bumping with nary a wreck!

When we got back to town, we needed a rest!!

After showers to rid us of dust & grime
To the fairgrounds we went---county fair time!

Tacos, ice cream, seeing many an old friend
What a great way for the day to end.
